Basic or Pro, the trial, and canceling

Basic and Pro

Both plans have every feature. Pro has more room:

• Chart readings: 100 a month on Basic, unlimited on Pro.
• Accounts: 3 on Basic, unlimited on Pro.
• Rotations: none on Basic, unlimited on Pro.
• Custom fields: 3 on Basic, 10 on Pro.
• Screenshot storage: 1 GB on Basic, 5 GB on Pro.

Basic costs €14.95 a month or €149 a year. Pro costs €29.95 a month or €299 a year. Prices include VAT. A yearly plan runs for one year and then continues monthly at the monthly price.

A limit only stops you adding more. If you're over a limit, for example after moving from Pro to Basic, you keep everything you have.

The free trial

The trial lasts 14 days and you get it once. Vink takes your card when you start and charges nothing until the trial ends. During the trial you have the limits of the plan you picked. Vink emails you 3 days before the trial ends. If you don't cancel, your plan starts and the first payment is taken.

To cancel during the trial, use Cancel subscription the same way as below. You pay nothing.

Change plan

Go to Settings, then Plan & billing, then Switch to Pro or Switch to Basic.

• Moving up to Pro starts now. You pay the difference for the rest of the period, shown on the button.
• Moving down to Basic starts when the period you paid for ends. Until then you keep Pro. Keep Pro undoes it.
• During the trial, a switch is free and starts now.

Switching between monthly and yearly billing isn't available. A yearly plan becomes monthly by itself when its year ends.

Cancel

Go to Settings, then Plan & billing, and click Cancel subscription. Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, and you aren't charged again. To change your mind, resume it in Manage billing before that date.

When your plan ends

Your journal becomes read-only. Everything you logged stays, and you can read all of it and export it. Adding and editing need an active plan: click Choose a plan to start one again. Vink doesn't delete a journal because its plan ended.

Withdraw within 14 days

In the EU you can withdraw from your subscription within 14 days of starting it. While that window is open, Plan & billing shows Withdraw from contract. Your plan ends that day and you get back what you paid, minus the paid days you already used. Trial days are free.

Invoices and your card statement

Payments go through Link, Stripe's checkout, so your card statement and receipts say LINK.COM. Find your invoices and receipts under Manage billing on Plan & billing, or at link.com.
