Risk disclosure. What Vink is, and what it is not.
This page sets out, in one place, what Vink is and what it is not. It is the financial disclaimer from our Terms of Service, restated word for word so that you do not have to open a contract to find it.
1. Vink is a journal, not advice
Vink is a journalling and record-keeping tool — not financial advice. We are not a broker, dealer, investment adviser, or financial institution, and nothing in the Service is a recommendation, solicitation, or advice to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument.
2. Trading involves substantial risk
Trading and investing involve substantial risk, including the possible loss of all capital. Past performance — including any statistics, R-multiples, or equity curves shown in the Service — is not indicative of future results. Any decisions you make are entirely your own responsibility.
3. The figures you see can be wrong
The Service may contain errors, and automatically extracted data (for example, from screenshots) can be inaccurate — always verify your trade data before relying on it. Vink is provided for your personal use and information only; consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.
4. Where this sits in our Terms
The binding version of the above is section 10 of our Terms of Service, which you agree to when you create an account. This page changes nothing about it and adds nothing to it — the words are the same words, and its last updated date is the date the Terms last changed.
Figures shown in Vink are your own, and figures shown on this website — in the charts, tickets and examples on our product pages — are illustrative and marked as such. Neither is a projection, and neither is an offer.
If anything here is unclear, ask us at support@vinkjournal.com. Our Privacy Policy covers what we store and who else is involved.
