HelpAccount and billing
Export or delete your data
Short answer
Settings, Your data, Export my data downloads your whole journal as a JSON file. Delete account removes your account and everything in it straight away, and it can't be undone.
Export your data
Go to Settings, then Your data, and click Export my data. Vink downloads a file named after today's date, such as vink-export-2026-10-13.json.
The file holds your trades with their notes, tags and custom fields, your accounts and rotations, your reviews, your mental journal and your settings. It's JSON, a plain text format that other tools and spreadsheets can open.
The screenshot images aren't in the file. To get them, write to support and ask for them.
Export works on every plan, also when your journal is read-only.
Delete your account
- Go to Settings and click Delete account….
- Enter your Current password. If you sign in with Google or Apple, click Confirm with Google or Confirm with Apple instead.
- Type DELETE in the box.
- Click Delete my account permanently.
Vink then:
- ends your subscription straight away, without a refund for the rest of the period;
- deletes your account, your trades, screenshots, accounts, reviews and everything else in your journal;
- signs you out.
This can't be undone, so export first if you want a copy. Backups that still hold your data are deleted within 30 days.
If you're still within the 14 days in which you can withdraw and get money back, the delete page tells you. Withdraw first, under Plan & billing, so you get that refund. Basic or Pro, the trial, and canceling explains how.
